Customer Responsibilities

- Ensuring electrical power is available for equipment operation
- Clearing areas around HVAC equipment
- Following any pre-service instructions provided by our team
- Making timely payment for services rendered
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing structure is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Free estimates for new installations and major repairs
- Written quotes provided before work begins
- No hidden fees or surprise charges
- Payment due upon completion of service
- Accepted payment methods: cash, check, major credit cards

Limitations of Liability
While we strive for excellence, our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Damages due to pre-existing conditions
- Normal wear and tear beyond our control
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel scheduled services under the following conditions:
- Cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
- Emergency service cancellations may not be possible
- Work in progress may be subject to partial charges
- No cancellation fees for standard scheduled maintenance
Dispute Resolution
